Looking for a gym in Bournemouth town centre? We’re just a five minute walk away from the town centre with FREE parking available on site for members (subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed).

We’re ideal if you’re looking for a quiet, cosy gym where you can feel completely at ease. We don’t hassle you, we don’t have personal trainers watching your every move. We simply leave you to it. All within a relaxed and modern environment.

You can also buy a day pass for £30 (or £20 if another member brings you as a guest or if you’re here for a spa treatment of 60 minutes or longer) or £10 for children under 18 years old. Entry is FREE for anyone under the age of three.

We don’t offer membership packages for children, but members can bring their children by purchasing a child’s day pass for £10. A child’s day pass can be used daily from 7am-11am.

Please note that children under 18 years old are not permitted to use the gym, sauna and steam room at any time.

There are a few Bournemouth hotels with a gym, but ours is completely FREE for all hotel guests. So you can stay active on your holiday and burn off those calories from all the delicious food you’ll be enjoying in The Connaught Brasserie!
