What’s a party without cake?

Afternoon tea baby showers are one of the most popular ways of celebrating this wonderful occasion. You’ll find it much simpler to organise an afternoon tea rather than arranging a meal where everyone orders different food.

If you have over 30 guests we’ll serve your afternoon tea as a buffet style. For smaller gatherings we can serve on cake stands or as a buffet, it’s entirely up to you.

Baby Shower Venues Bournemouth

Our baby shower venues

Choose from our four baby shower venues, suitable for small intimate gatherings all the way up to 120 guests.

Private room hire is available FREE of charge Sunday-Thursday if you have at least 20 guests. For private room hire with fewer guests or at weekends, please contact us for a quote as our prices vary.

We’ll decorate your room with baby shower themed table decorations and bunting, but you’re welcome to arrive early and add more personal decorations yourself too.

And feel free to bring your own special cake with you. Just let us know if you’d like us to provide a cake table for you to decorate and to put all the gifts.

Our beautiful 19th century hotel is one of the most popular baby shower venues in Bournemouth, thanks to our location just a few minutes from the beach and a five minute walk from the town centre.

Ideal if you fancy a stroll along the promenade after your baby shower, or perhaps you’re looking to continue onto another venue in Bournemouth.

Our location also means that there are great public transport links for your guests arriving by train or bus.

We offer FREE parking at the hotel, although this can be busy at peak times so cannot be guaranteed. However, there is FREE residential parking in all the surrounding roads. And we’re lucky to have a long stay car park just a five minute walk away.
