We offer a blend of traditional and contemporary favourites on our menu, creatively designed by our talented team of chefs. From grills and salads, to tapas and mouth-watering desserts. All of which can be enjoyed in The Connaught Brasserie or alfresco on our beautiful terrace garden.
Light bites and snacks are also available all day.
We’d always recommend booking a table, but it’s not essential. The Connaught Brasserie offers a flexible dining option for those who prefer a less formal approach.

The Connaught Brasserie caters for those on holiday, as well as those on the hop. With hot and cold sandwiches, together with hearty home cooked fare, available in our restaurant or outside on our beautiful terrace garden.

Good menu. Great service. Very pleasant experience all round. Tried to book again but fully booked. This was the second visit and wont be the last. Stayed here last October and will do so again.

Enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. All food was excellent, including the vegan options. Deserts were superb. A couple of gin and tonics from their very extensive choice.
Roberto served us who has impeccable manners and made us feel very welcome. A great venue close to the centre of Bournemouth.

In the evenings the Brasserie at The Connaught Hotel and Spa Bournemouth serves dinner until 9pm. So our guests have plenty of time to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace.
We keep the menu relatively short and sweet, focussing on a curated selection of classic dishes that represent the best of British cuisine. Be it a succulent steak or traditional fish and chips.
