OPENING TIMES

We’re open for lunch every day from 12pm-2pm and for dinner Mon-Sat from 5.30pm-9pm.

Dine in the Brasserie or alfresco

We offer a blend of traditional and contemporary favourites on our menu, creatively designed by our talented team of chefs. From grills and salads, to tapas and mouth-watering desserts. All of which can be enjoyed in The Connaught Brasserie or alfresco on our beautiful terrace garden.

Light bites and snacks are also available all day.

We’d always recommend booking a table, but it’s not essential. The Connaught Brasserie offers a flexible dining option for those who prefer a less formal approach.

Eat, drink & be merry

In the evenings the Brasserie at The Connaught Hotel and Spa Bournemouth serves dinner until 9pm. So our guests have plenty of time to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace.

We keep the menu relatively short and sweet, focussing on a curated selection of classic dishes that represent the best of British cuisine. Be it a succulent steak or traditional fish and chips. Dinner at The Connaught Brasserie offers informal dining in a boutique Bournemouth hotel, delivered with flair and bags of flavour.
