Earlier in the year we announced that The Connaught Hotel and Spa Bournemouth’s brasserie would be closing for a short time to undergo a full refurbishment. Well, it’s now two months on and we’re delighted to announce that the makeover is now finally complete and the brasserie has officially reopened its shiny new doors to diners.
Unveiling a fresh new look
Not only has our brasserie changed its appearance aesthetically, it’s also grown in size too, as we’ve extended the dining room to allow us to accommodate an even greater number of daily covers.
Alongside bistro style tables for two, we can also offer larger parties and group bookings a central spot in our plush velvet banquettes. Whilst our brasserie entrance has also been upgraded to include a lounge-style seating area, providing diners with a choice of ways to eat out in style.
A bright & airy dining room
The dining room has been given a complete revamp with a new grey and white colour scheme, offset by industrial lighting and furniture in bright colour pops. While feature walls have been created with the use of patterned wallpaper, and gallery-style artwork arrangements.
The tiled floor in itself is something to marvel at and one of our favourite features of this beautiful and airy new space, which cleverly maximises the ample natural daylight coming in through the brasserie’s many feature windows.
A new and improved menu launching in April
In line with our brasserie makeover we’ll be launching a brand new menu on April 7th and we hope you’ll join us in ushering in this exciting new chapter at our boutique Bournemouth hotel. Our chefs have been working hard to prepare a menu that makes use of classic seasonal ingredients, and matches the prestige and grandeur of our stunning new dining room setting.
