Short break for my wife’s birthday, weather was good so able to see Bournemouth at its best. This is a good hotel, quiet location but only a short walk to the beach and the park. Food was good, service was friendly and efficient. Didn’t have time to try the spa facilities but they did look very good. Would recommend this hotel to couples needing to “recharge” the batteries, nice relaxing break.
Stylish hotel in central location
Great staff, great service. A relaxing 2.5 day mid-week break with a baby. Huge full English breakfast, pleasant bar and places to relax. Spa massage very good. Superior room just big enough with baby (cot provided). Weather very hot and no a/con upstairs in larger rooms, but windows open all night and still quiet. Easy 7 min stroll with pushchair to cliff-top lift down to promenade. Bournemouth was a surprisingly good short-break with a great atmosphere.
Excellent Service and most relaxing
Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast amazing as usual. Parking sometimes a struggle. Very stylish hotel. Spa facilities very good. Especially enjoyed eucalyptus steam room, very good for aches and pains. Staff are very courteous and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return.
Close to beach and Centre
My friend and I have just spent a lovely day at the blue water spa. All the staff we met were professional, polite and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and plenty of facilities that we could use in the spa. We chose a facial for our treatment, this was excellent, the best facial we've had. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish, well done everyone and thank you.
Fabulous spa day
Lovely hotel. Newly refurbished. Large clean room. Parking (essential), spa, full breakfast, Wi-fi all included in price, no hidden extras. 2 mins walk from glorious beach, bars & restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
Great location and value
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for our mini moon after our wedding. The hotel is very close to the beach and lovely walks. 10 mins to the town and shops and activities on the beach front. The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. And the spa was lovely. Also great that there are family times in the swimming pool so we could spend quality time together. We cannot wait to return again soon.
