At just 500m from Bournemouth town centre, and 1.5 miles from its mainland railway station, The Connaught Hotel and Spa is the ideal destination if you’re looking for Bournemouth business meeting rooms. If you’re looking for privacy we offer two fully appointed conference suites, each with high speed wifi and lots of natural light. Located on the ground floor of our Connaught Lodge, these two unique meeting rooms provide delegates with direct access, as well as a quiet location away from holidaying guests in the main hotel.

The Franklyn Suite

The larger of our two corporate meeting rooms, The Franklyn suite holds 25 to 150 delegates, making it the perfect Bournemouth conference venue. Ideal for drinks receptions, company kick-off meetings and business conferences, among other large-scale events. Together with its own bar, The Franklyn Suite benefits from a private lounge and an enclosed courtyard garden. Plus, its neighbouring proximity to our smaller Boardroom, which can be hired as a syndicate room if required.

The Boardroom

Bournemouth business meeting rooms don’t come much better than The Boardroom, if you’re looking for an intimate working space. Available to hire privately, or in conjunction with our larger Franklyn Suite, The Boardroom is perfect for groups of 8-20 delegates or as a private dining venue for a maximum of 16 guests seated. Chair and table formations can be arranged as required. And together with secure wifi, business materials such as flip charts, LCD projectors and screens, are also available on request.

For day-only delegates we offer bespoke food and drink packages starting from just £27 per person. Ensuring that your delegates enjoy the vital nourishment they need to stay focussed. Including sweet, savoury, and liquid refreshments to keep minds engaged and ideas ticking over.

For those extending their business stay at The Connaught Hotel and Spa overnight, our 24-hour package offers everything to keep your delegates content and comfortable. From breakfast, lunch, and a three-course dinner, to a twin or double bed in one our luxuriously appointed rooms. And (if time allows) full use of our Bluewater spa facilities free of charge too.
