On 9th December 2009 the AA descended upon Best Western, The Connaught Hotel in Bournemouth for their annual inspection. By the end of the day they awarded the hotel with the highest accolade ever - a merit rating of 82%, the highest rating ever given to a 3 Star Bournemouth Hotel. Add to this the Rosette for 2010 and the Silver Shield awarded by Green Tourism for Business earlier this year, the Connaught is now the undisputed, BEST 3 STAR HOTEL in Bournemouth.
