Christmas 2012  was a great success and a complete sell out once again - a great big thank you to all our guests for choosing BEST WESTERN The Connaught Hotel.  Make sure you don't miss out in 2013!!

A vast amount of refurbishment was completed during 2012 in both the BEST WESTERN Connaught Hotel and the adjacent Connaught Lodge to include bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, the Franklyn Suite, Boardroom and the Connaught Conservatory. In  2013 we completed the refurbishment of the Reception area and the addition of 2 new treatment rooms in the Spa - the Connaught is a great place to spend Christmas!!

In 2011 the AA awarded Blakes with a double rosette (the first and only Bournemouth 3 star hotel) and for all our hard work they also awarded the hotel with the highest merit rating of any 3 Star Spa Hotel in Bournemouth (85%). In addition, the hotel has been granted Connoisseur status by BEST WESTERN and in the Bournemouth Tourism Awards 2010  the hotel was "Highly Commended" in the Best Large Hotel of the Year Award and our Maitre d' received a"Highly Commended" award for "Outstanding Customer Service of the Year". This means that you can book your stay comfortable in the knowledge that your Christmas in Bournemouth will be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible - simply the best and the MD will be there to make sure it is the best!!
