Leisure and Fitness Club 

Our Leisure Club, offering free membership to all our guests during their stay, is one of Bournemouth's finest and is located on the lower ground floor in the main building. Unlike other Bournemouth hotels, The Connaught Hotel has a magnificent facility which comprises of a large indoor 18m swimming pool with a built in jacuzzi, two steam rooms, two sauna cabins and two fully fitted gymnasiums - a resistance gym and a cardio vascular gym. So whether you just want relaxation or a good workout the Connaught Leisure and Fitness Club has something for everyone.

Within the leisure centre we also provide one to one private adult swimming tuition for all levels of ability. All classes are available to hotel guests and leisure members.

• Week intensive swim tuition (Mon to Fri) 5 x 1Hr sessions     £120
• Weekly swim tuition 6x 30mins sessions     £72   or   6x 1hr  sessions  £144
• One-off sessions  30mins  - £12  and 1hr  - £24
